Shipping Source: As part of our dropshipping model, items are shipped directly from trusted international suppliers.

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days.

Estimated Delivery Time: Standard delivery to the UK typically takes 10 to 18 business days. Please note that customs inspections may occasionally extend this timeframe.

Tracking: You will receive a tracking link via email once your order has been dispatched.

Customs and Taxes: For UK customers, import taxes, VAT, or customs duties may apply. These costs are the customer's responsibility.

Example:
If you order a skincare product, processing may take 3 days and delivery may take 25 days. If HMRC applies a customs charge, the customer will be notified and will be required to pay it before receiving the order.

Return and Refund Policy

We follow UK consumer protection law to give you peace of mind.

Cooling-off period: You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of order collection, in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Eligibility for returns: Items must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Refunds: Once the product is received and functional, we will issue a refund within 30 business days via the original payment method.

Exemptions: For hygiene reasons, opened beauty and personal care products cannot be returned unless they were delivered defective.

Example:
If you decide you no longer want a serum within 14 days, you can return it, as long as it is unopened. If the bottle is opened, the return will not be accepted.
